Now that Google uses the PageSpeed Insights API, you can make this data easily accessible to your website visitors. You can also use this data to identify areas of your site where improvements could be made.

What is Google Sheets and what can it do?
Google Sheets is a widely used spreadsheet software that is used by businesses to track and analyze data. Often, your business will use Google Sheets in conjunction with Google Analytics. Now that you have an understanding of how you can use Google Sheets, let’s discuss how it can be useful for your business.
How do I automatically update Google Sheets with new URLs?
The PageSpeed Insights API provides a wide range of metrics on a website’s speed. It can be used to monitor your own site or it can be used by other webmasters to monitor their sites’ performance.
In order to use the API, you need to first install the Google Sheets add-in for Chrome. Once that is installed and ready, you can download the latest version of PageSpeed Insights from the developer’s page .
Now it’s time to learn how to automatically update Google Sheets with new URLs. First, grab the latest version of PageSpeed Insights from the developer’s page . Then, go back to your Google Sheet and add a new row for each URL where you want to see the metrics . In this example, we’re adding two URLs for our business site: https://www.exactonlinebusiness.com/ and https://www.exactonlinebusiness.com/blog/
Next, you need to enter in your Webmaster Tools URL (the URL of your site). If you have multiple pages on your site, then enter in multiple URLs; otherwise just enter in one URL per row (you don’t need duplicate rows).
