Managing your finances can be hard, but being able to quickly find invoices for things like repairs, purchases, or taxes is key.
If you’re looking for a way to track your invoices, you’ve come to the right place. Here are some easy ways to organize all of your invoices in one central location.
What are the steps to find my invoices?
You’ve probably seen the “Find my invoice” button in your online store. This is a simple and effective way to manage your invoices, even if you don’t have a customer service department or an accounting team.
The button will search your system for any invoices that match the criteria you specify. It’s a great way to ensure you’re properly tracking your business expenses, just in case something happens to your site or software.
What’s more, this feature can be customized to fit each company’s needs. For example, you might want to filter out invoices that are 200 dollars or less and only those with a 90 day payment date. Or maybe you just want the option to find all of them – not just one specified invoice from the last 5 days? That’s what you’ll do when using this feature!
How do I know which invoice is mine?
In a perfect world, you’d have your invoices all lined up. But in the real world, not every invoice is yours. There’s no guarantee that every invoice is yours. That’s why it’s important to know which invoice is yours so you can be sure that it was generated by your company and not another company.
Luckily for you, there’s a handy tool for billing invoices. This handy little Chrome extension will let you know whether or not an invoice is from your business or another company.
Why can’t I find my invoice?
How can I find my invoices? The best way to find your invoices is to enter the details you want.
It’s important to note that while you can track your business account, there’s an extra step needed in order to view your invoice information. To do this, you need to activate your Business Account.
To activate your Business Account, visit https://esbx.business-account.com/ and enter a username and password.
From here, you’ll see all of the items that are available on your Business Account dashboard: Accounts, Orders & Invoices, Payments, Daily Reports and Dashboard.
Once you’re on that page, click the arrow next to “View” in the top right corner of the page and then select “My Invoices.”
